The DAVOSA Ternos is a collection of Swiss-made automatic dive watches with scratch-resistant high-tech ceramic bezels, sapphire crystals and water resistance from 100 to 300 meters. It comes in three case sizes: 36.5mm (Ternos Medium), 40mm (Ternos Diver, Sixties and GMT) and 42mm (Ternos Professional). The range covers classic three-hand divers, GMT travel watches, the 68-hour Professional 68h and an automatic chronograph. DAVOSA-USA is the official US distributor, and prices start at $850.
A Diver for the Ocean and the Office
The Ternos is built around what a diver needs: pressure resistance, legibility in the dark and a bezel you can trust to time a dive. Its clean, classic design also looks right with a suit. Every Ternos runs on a Swiss automatic movement and carries the DAVOSA wind rose, a maritime symbol meant to bring its wearer safely home.

Ternos Sixties – Vintage Skin Diver (40mm, 100m)
The Ternos Sixties recalls the skin-diver watches of the 1960s. It has extra-long hands, a unidirectional aluminum bezel and a domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal in place of the plastic crystals of that era. It is water resistant to 100m and runs on the DAV 3021, based on the Sellita SW200.
- Seahorse Special US Edition: 100 pieces only, in Faded Blue or Golden, with an exclusive seahorse case back decorated with a stars-and-stripes motif

Ternos GMT & Ternos GMT Lucent – Travel Divers (40mm, 200m)
The redesigned Ternos GMT adds an independent 24-hour hand for a second time zone. It uses the Swiss DAV 3032 automatic movement with a 56-hour power reserve. Its bidirectional 24-hour bezel has Super-LumiNova® on every marker, and a date loupe is optional. It is offered in Batman (black-blue) and Pepsi (blue-red) colorways.
The Lucent version replaces the bezel insert with domed sapphire, which makes the bezel colors appear to float in 3D and stay scratch-free for decades. The case is 40mm wide and 12mm thick, 48.5mm lug to lug.
- Price: from $1,650
Ternos Professional – The Pro Diver (42mm, 300m)
The Ternos Professional is built for experienced divers in extreme conditions. It has a 42mm case, 300m water resistance, an automatic helium valve at 9 o'clock and a unidirectional ceramic bezel. The Nebulous models bring a lifestyle touch to the professional case, with green or white dials.

- Case: 42mm × 14.6mm, 22mm lugs
- Price: from $1,195
Ternos Professional 68h – Weekend-Proof Power (42mm, 300m)
The 68h grew out of suggestions from the DAVOSA community. It uses the DAV 3121 movement, developed with La Joux-Perret in the Swiss Jura, which keeps running for 68 hours. You can take it off on Friday and it will still be ticking on Monday. The case is slimmed to 12.8mm while keeping a 30 ATM (300m) rating. It has a screw-down crown with double gaskets, a fully graduated ceramic bezel and Super-LumiNova® BGW9, on a TriaLink bracelet with screwed links and a WaveSlide clasp.
- Bezels: black, blue, green
- Eagle Bay: a new 68h edition inspired by the interplay of light and water, sold on a PentaLink bracelet
- Price: from $1,395
Ternos Professional GMT – Pro Travel Watch (42mm, 200m)
The Professional GMT tracks two time zones with its GMT hand, and a third with its unidirectional 120-click ceramic bezel. The case is 42mm by 14mm, with curved lugs and contrasting polished and satin finishes. It is water resistant to 200m and powered by the Swiss DAV 3032 automatic.
- Colorways: black ("Shadow"), black-blue, black-red, red-blue
- Price: $1,590
Ternos Professional Chronograph (42mm, 200m)
The Professional Chronograph is the top of the range: a Swiss automatic chronograph in a 42mm stainless steel case, water resistant to 200m. The automatic movement is visible through a sapphire exhibition case back. Its luminous hands and indices stay legible in low light, and the date display matches the dial.
- Dials: black, white

- Price: $2,795
Limited Editions
DAVOSA releases Ternos limited editions from time to time. One example is the Ternos Professional Megalume, limited to 500 pieces. It has a black DLC case and a full-dial Super-LumiNova® C3 lume that glows green, set against blue-glowing BGW9 hands and markers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are DAVOSA Ternos watches Swiss made?
Yes. Every Ternos is Swiss made and runs on a Swiss automatic movement: the DAV 3021 for the three-hand divers, the DAV 3032 for the GMT models and the DAV 3121 for the Professional 68h.
What sizes does the Ternos come in?
Three: 36.5mm (Ternos Medium), 40mm (Ternos Diver, Sixties, GMT and GMT Lucent) and 42mm (Ternos Professional, Professional 68h, Professional GMT and Professional Chronograph).
How deep can I dive with a Ternos?
The Ternos Professional and Professional 68h are rated to 300 meters (984 ft). The Ternos Medium, Diver, GMT, Professional GMT and Chronograph are rated to 200 meters (656 ft). The vintage-style Ternos Sixties is rated to 100 meters (328 ft).
Why does the Ternos have a ceramic bezel?
High-tech ceramic is extremely hard and practically scratchproof, and its color does not fade in sunlight or salt water. The bezel keeps looking new for years, even with daily wear and diving.
What is special about the Ternos Professional 68h?
It uses the DAV 3121 movement, developed with La Joux-Perret, which has a 68-hour power reserve. It keeps running over a whole weekend off the wrist. It is also slimmer than earlier Professional models, at 12.8mm, while keeping a 300m rating.
What is the difference between the Ternos GMT and the GMT Lucent?
Both are 40mm, 200m Swiss automatic GMT watches. The Ternos GMT has a bezel with luminous markers all the way around. The Lucent has a domed sapphire bezel insert that gives a floating 3D effect and resists scratches.
What is the WaveSlide clasp?
WaveSlide is DAVOSA's micro-adjustable folding clasp. It lets you change the bracelet length in seconds without tools, for example to fit over a wetsuit or when your wrist swells in the heat.
Where can I buy an authentic DAVOSA Ternos in the USA?
DAVOSA-USA.com is the official US distributor of DAVOSA Swiss watches.
