Service Level: Do better…
Quality product but less-than quality service?

This is my second Davosa timepiece, and as expected the watch is spectacular. Excellent fit and finish, and an exceptional watch at this price point. My disappointment started however when the “box” was delivered and I began the process of receiving my new timepiece. Imagine my excitement when I opened the shipping box, and found the beautiful Davosa presentation case inside. Then imagine my surprise and disappointment when I opened the presentation case and found it empty. No watch to be found.
Here’s my point…. Presentation matters. Why ship a beautiful watch in a plastic bag stuck into the shipping box along with the bubble wrap, rather than place it in the beautiful presentation box where it belongs? The extra time and effort it would take for someone at Davosa to ship to watch properly, is the difference between true luxury brands and “wannabes.”
